According to one of Canada's entertainment programmes, eTalk, which aired on Friday, May 11, 2007 and Saturday, May 12, 2007, Halle Berry is NOT pregnant. This show stated that Halle Berry's rep had said that Halle Berry is not pregnant. This show will likely be rebroadcasted on Monday, May 14, 2007.

AKIRA MORITANI ACCUSED OF BEING A MALICIOUS LIAR

It has come to my attention that a large number of people believe that Akira Moritani is a liar and possibly a paranoid schizophrenic. This concerns the postulation that Halle Berry actually only considers Gabriel Aubry as a friend and that Halle Berry actually is in love with another Canadian, who is named Stuart Martyn Bennett. Further to this, I, Akira Moritani, have stated that there is a large trial being fought in Canada with Stuart being the victim (plaintiff)and that Halle Berry and Stuart are being kept from meeting and being with one another.

Apparently, even if this situation might be true, the stating of such a thing makes Stuart a criminal and me, Akira, a raving lunatic and a criminal.

Thanks for your attention, everyone. Let's all hope for the sake of the unbelievers that Stuart and I (Akira) are as horrible as they say. What will they say and do if my postings turn out to be true?

I saw more grocery shopping photos on x17online.com today from Dec. 4. Halle does not look happy to me, but then maybe, I am wrong. Things are not always what they seem to be. Thanks for sharing your comments and concerns. Stuart has actually talked to Halle Berry on the phone several times. She did say that Gabriel Aubry is just a friend. More was said, too. No one needs to believe it. Just remember that sometimes stars fall in love with normal people. Sometimes stars talk to the same ordinary people on several occasions. Pictures are worth thousands of words, but do not tell all. Thanks again for your interest in my comments and my wellbeing.

Why are you still posting on your blog and all over the internet about Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry as AM or anonymous? No offense at some point you/Stuart need to let this go. You've been posting about them for almost a year. There are thousands of posts on many blog sites dogging them as well as praising them and they're still together.

Has it ever occurred to as a couple of people have noted on a couple of blogs, that the negative comments may even bring them closer together or what's keeping them together? Your posts may be pushing her away? Who knows?

Why do you post nice comments on your blog/others then go off on some tangent like on X17 over the weekend as one poster noted you posted the same stuff a few months ago? Why is it hard for you to accept that Halle is with someone else?

Have seen all of the pictures on the various sites of them walking and talking--I think you are reading too much into this because of your/Stuart's desire to be with her.

Also, with the new pix of them grocery shopping they look like they're getting on with their lives doing normal stuff that couples do.

It doesn't matter if they're not holding hands, hanging all over each other,etc. in public that doesn't mean they're not close, not in love or whatever.

Halle's not stupid she's a very bright woman, regardless of her past experiences in relationships, I seriously doubt she is making the same mistake or is with him to keep you/Stuart away from her. Regardless of how long they may or may not last, I think Halle is trying very hard to make this one work for ever long as she can. Also, seriously doubt the gay and drug rumors are true about Aubry as well as Halle giving him money for the restaurant.

Seriously, at some point you really need to let go of this. I am sure if Halle (regardless of what you have said-I am not an expert on the Canadian govt or legal system nor do I care to be) would be with you/Stuart if she could or was truly in love with you/Stuart. No offense.

Again, I don't think she would still be with Aubry if she/they didn't have feelings for each other for over a year.

I'm sure she/her staff reads all the posts and blogs so they know what people think or not.

The only have faults with the guy is that he probably wants to be more in the spotlight with all the glitz and glamour of being a Hollywood celebrity than Halle who's more laid back and down to earth, than staying home (at her house as noted in recent interviews/not their house--just a little sick humor)and his possible immaturity and insecurity because of his age.

If not he wouldn't have needed her to promote the restaurant or put gossip clippings of their relationship in the restaurant bathrooms?

In terms of the sex thing, I don't think it happens that often regardless of your comments or what she has made it out to be in article when she has respun the same garbage she said about Eric Benet.

Halle's in total control of that as she has been in all of her sexual relationships. It's kinda like the Rita Hayworth principal--all the men RH dated/married/slept with thought they had Gilda (the movie she made famous) and ended up with her.

I have seen some of the pictures on internet of Halle Berry with Gabriel Aubry. Stuart is upset. Halle did tell Stuart that Gabriel and she are just friends and that she loves Stuart. Stuart has spoken to Halle several times on the phone. They are being blocked from meeting by Crown Counsel in Canada. Stuart does not say that he has lost Halle or her love, but he is upset. People are allowed friends, though.

There are too many people against Stuart succeeding at anything in life. Stuart's father is also against Stuart. Stuart is waiting for his father to be locked up. Stuart's father assaulted him on March 4, 2006 and then locked him out of the house on June 8, 2006. Stuart's father also got Stuart fired from several jobs. He is guilty of extortion against Stuart.

Even at the expense of libel charges, it is time for Stuart and I to speak out about the injustices against Stuart.

In rebuttal to comments to some of my postings on Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry, this posting is necessary.

First off, I have received several comments to my stories on the flimsiness to the substance of the Halle Berry/Gabriel Aubry relationship. I have erased these because they were too riddled with hateful language and curse words. I am actually surprised that my site has generated as much attention as it has. I am simply after a fair representation of the truth.

Any video that I watched about Halle Berry speaking about her relationships right now does not show her mentioning Gabriel Aubry's name in conjunction with her present romantic relationship.

I am fully aware that Halle Berry is not pregnant. I am fully aware that Halle Berry has been photographed with Gabriel Aubry in Los Angeles, Miami, and New York. I am also aware that Gabriel Aubry has never acted as an escort for Halle Berry at any function. One article on the Versace store re-opening indicated that Halle Berry was not at that party for very long. She went on to a night shoot for Perfect Stranger. Gabbriel went on to the after party. Two times or four times photographed together in a month do not make a relationship. Many of these pictures are repeated months later as if they were something new.

I have done my homework. Read all my postings. Read all my comments on various blogs. Halle Berry is not all over Gabriel in any photo the way she usually is all over her romantic interest. Stuart HAS spoken to Halle Berry several times...and it is HIS business, if Halle has taken up with someone else. Ask yourself if it is possible that Halle Berry might not have just been FRIENDS with Gabriel Aubry and that Stuart Bennett might not actually be Halle Berry's true love interest. All of Mission, British Columbia, Canada is abuzz with Halle Berry's phone calls about her love for Stuart Bennett. Being seen with another person does not mean a romantic relationship. If this were the case, Halle Berry alone would and could be linked to many actors. Oh, no! Halle Berry has even kissed Hugh Jackman on the cheek live on MTV's Total Request Live.

Think! Do not believe everything in the press. Do not believe the tabloids.

The year 2006 is coming to an end. There are just slightly more than two months and a half left. Hallowe'en is around the corner and, in my mind, this spells the traditional end of Fall. Christmas is but a few heartbeats of childlike anticipation away from all the Tricking or Treating. Many children think that they can hear the bells of Santa's sleigh even now.

Halle Berry is not pregnant. This is reported by Star magazine. I do not believe much that this magazine states, but for once the people of this newsstand offering really got something right. The short article is in the October 9, 2006 issue. Halle Berry was sitting with friends in a Vancouver, Canada eatery when an elderly woman came up to Halle and congratulated Halle on being pregnant. Halle is said to have lifted her tank top, patted her FLAT stomach, and said: "I am not pregnant. I think I would know. Hello, is anybody in there?" Turning to the woman she added: "You will be the first to know."

Stuart Bennett has talked to Halle Berry and they have confirmed their love for each other several times. Halle Berry was just friends with Gabriel Aubry. It appears that Gabriel Aubry simply wanted a sexual conquest, to which Halle Berry did not acquiesce.

HOMELESS AND STILL HOPING

My friend, Stuart, was rendered homeless on June 8, 2006. It is now September 29, 2006. He has been homeless for nearly 4 months!. The system does not seem to care. There is some hope, though. He may get some financial help in 3 weeks. So far he is not starving. In his country, there are many who want him dead. Having said this, help may be too late for Stuart as it often is for many homeless people.

A FRIEND IN TROUBLE

I have a very good Canadian friend, named Stuart Bennett, who is in grave peril. He is fighting a system of very corrupt, politically linked lawyers. They seem to own the public. They are capable of getting a court order put into effect without getting a judge's signature and without any judge's knowledge. They are able to intimidate anyone and everyone. Stuart understands the law so well, he actually is a source of intimidation to these self-styled lawyers.

My friend, Stuart Bennett, may pay with his life for his fight, but if he does not fight he will die. Stuart is homeless because of this battle. This group of lawyers and Stuart's father will not allow Stuart to have gainful employment. Stuart has several great companies wanting to pay him large quantities of cash, but all of this has been blocked by Stuart's father and these lawyers and possibly the politicians linked to these lawyers. These people want to either control Stuart or they want him dead. These people will not even allow Stuart to date anyone. In addition, all those people, who want to help Stuart have been blocked by Stuart's father and this group of government lawyers.

If Stuart Bennett dies, he wants everyone, who supported him, to know that he loves them dearly and he wants his fight against these government lawyers to continue.

At present, I cannot tell where this system is, but beware!

Within this system, the police are excellent. Quite a few judges are excellent. It is a team of lawyers, who is wayward. These lawyers are actually politically affiliated in this country's system. The ultimate belief of this compendium of lawyers is to give the defendant or suspect more chances and time than the victim can afford. This group of lawyers thrives on creating stalemates. They even often seem to like to keep the victim UNinformed as to his or her case. Consulting with the client is foreign to them. It seems that they believe that they are omnipotent.

Are they a religion unto themselves? Are they both the worshipper and the worshipped one? Are they both the created and the creator? When was the last time that they cured anything or anyone?

Take a look at some of this Japanese man's photos of the cherry blossoms.
(See them at http://kobe-okayama.blogspot.com/). Notice the first comment beside the photo for April 8, 2006. It talks about the sky being yellow from the sands being blown to Japan from the Asian continent. Apparently, these sands come the Gobi Desert in China! The first time that I saw this yellowish gold sheen to the Japanese sky, I was mystified. If a person goes out for a walk during this time, a person gets sand up the nose and in the mouth! Thirst is instantaneous!

Japan has only one true desert and it is in Tottori Prefecture (a prefecture is like a state). This 'desert' is about 2 miles square, but there are real dunes and only sand.

Why is it that some people have psychic ability and others do not? Everyone seems to get an inkling of something about to happen once in a while, but very few people get a full-throttle psychic reaction. Why?

I have some theories.

I think that people with allergies are prone to more psychic ability than those people, who do not have allergies. All comments on this would be appreciated. I have also noticed that those, who have a greater affiliation with animals, also have a greater propensity for psychic prowess. Comments? I have also noted that those, who tend to push themselves at work or at things of pleasure, often exhibit more of a leaning toward psychic ability.

I have witnessed that some things are nothing more than a feeling. Sometimes, some things are nothing more than vague images. Other times, whole reams of information pour forth like Old Faithful or Niagara Falls. This is inexplicable to me.

HALLE BERRY STILL MUM ON GABRIEL AUBRY

Take a look at this story from People magazine and it is still onesided. It is only about Gabriel Aubry's feelings for Halle Berry. I believe that she finds him interesting, but I think that there is another man, for whom Halle Berry's bells toll.

Gabriel Aubry might be in love, but why is Halle Berry so secretive about this relationship when she has never been secretive before. She has not even been secretive about the different ways in which she might consider having a baby. I even saw the Oprah Winfrey episode with that revelation. Why is Halle Berry so secretive about this liaison and not about how she might have a baby? I think that Gabriel Aubry is doing a good job of courting, but that he has lost to another. Who does not know where Halle Berry is filming 'Perfect Strangers' right now?

I have even read on the web that Berry said that she and Michael Ealy had broken up officially in March 2005 and that phone calls had stopped in December 2004. What report is right? This report states that she and Ealy split in October 2005. Different reports say that she and Aubry met in October 2005 others say it was December 2005.

If Halle Berry is not confirming her relationships right now there is a good reason and I believe that the reason is she is not with her true man. She has either to meet her true man or finally be with him. I believe that there is some obstacle preventing Halle Berry from being with her TRUE LOVE and her TRUE LOVE is not Gabriel Aubry. This is how I see it, anyway.
Presents are nice. Red wine is nice. (See link.) However, love is not bought with presents. The road to friendship or love can be paved with presents, but neither friendship nor love can be bought.

So far, the articles about this liaison have been too ambiguous and now are becoming more a public statement from Gabriel Aubry's camp that it is inconceivable that Halle Berry is serious about Gabriel. Until Halle Berry makes a public declaration of some kind, I cannot believe that the Berry-Aubry liaison is anything other than a professional relationship , in which some minor infatuation festered up and ended in Halle Berry's mind.

Moreover, why would Gabriel Aubry's camp use the age old ploy of trying to pull on our heart strings with observations about his family? This is old. Either this angle is rubbish --- and I think that People magazine is telling the truth --- or Gabriel Aubry is feeling threatened. This is natural with such a beautiful woman's love at stake, but why go to the PRESS without her consent or confirmation?

I also believe that Halle Berry will lose a much more suitable man for her, if she links herself to Gabriel Aubry for much longer. She will soon have to denounce Gabriel Aubry or she will forfeit the other man forever.

HALLE BERRY & NEW, ALLEGED BEAU

There are too many reports that indicate that the liaison between Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry is purely professional. Only Gabriel Aubry’s publicist has made a statement about the relationship between the two (See MSNBC). Halle Berry has refused to confirm that she is in a relationship with Gabriel Aubry.

Why was it said in the New York Times, which is a highly respected journal and newspaper of our day, that Halle Berry was not at the Versace party for very long and yet other 'rags' would have it that Halle and Gabriel are actually lovebirds and were at each other all night? In pictures of an after party put on by Versace, one will not find Halle, but will find Gabriel chatting up other women. One such woman was Milla Jovovich. ( I am not saying this is wrong, but look at it as evidence against a Halle-Gabriel-hot-&heavy romance.) Halle and Gabriel are just in a professional mode only.

...and why did Halle Berry sneak in a side door, if she and Gabriel were a hot item? And why is there little or no mention of Gabriel? In some reports, Gabriel Aubry was right beside Ms. Berry.

Halle Berry is a professional and friendly person. Putting one’s hand on someone’s lap or holding someone’s hand does not a relationship make.

From Halle Berry’s and possibly Gabriel Aubry’s perspectives, the two of them might just be friends. Maybe, he wants more than a friendship and she does not. Good chemistry does not necessarily make a relationship.

Is all this about a man, who is courting a woman, who just wants to be friends?
